“We are Easter People! We are children of the third day—not of the first.”*
We are not walled in the tomb, not blocked or stopped by our former crucifixions. We, like Jesus, rise again.
When we think anything is done—that we have failed, that life is over, we are missing the point: The point is that we are powerful overcomers—not powerless pawns of fate.
We are adventurers –not victims—unless we choose to be victims of our own complacency. We get to choose life in every moment, just as Jesus chose life!
10,000 failures or closed doors mean 10,001 chances to start again. We are start-again people. We are defined by our resurrections, not by our crucifixions!
Jesus rose again not by changing or controlling outer circumstance, but by accessing the power of God within.
We too have power if we but access it! When we do we are mystics, like Jesus, highly aware that we are eternal spirits living for a time in physical bodies. We transcend all earthly limits when we attune ourselves to the nature of eternal Spirit, when we live and move and have our being in God.
“We are Easter People!”
Blessings!
